This store uses Duka Yangu to display products, manage carts, process orders and arrange payments and delivery. The store owner handles customer relationships; Duka Yangu operates the supporting platform.

Information we process

We process cart selections and, when you order, your name, phone number, email, delivery address, selected products, payment references and order status. If you subscribe, we store your email for the store’s mailing list. Payment credentials such as your M-Pesa PIN are entered with the payment provider; this store does not ask for or store your PIN.

Why it is used and shared

Information is used to fulfil your purchase, confirm payment, provide support, prevent misuse and keep transaction records. The store owner, platform operators, payment services and delivery providers receive the information needed for those tasks. For print-on-demand orders, the printing team receives the approved artwork, selected size and color, quantity and relevant delivery details. Information is not sold.

Cookies and external services

Essential session cookies keep your cart and protect forms. Your browser may connect to external services for fonts, scripts or media. If the store enables analytics, the configured analytics provider may receive browsing and device information. Your browser settings can restrict cookies or tracking, although blocking essential cookies may prevent checkout.

Storage and retention
